Who We Are:

Our corporate family was originally started many, many years ago by Donald J. Todd, CPA.  As is currently the case, Don was focused on providing quality service to individuals and small businesses.  Many of Don's original clients have remained to date.
In May of 2002 Loren Bult was added to the team.  Loren came with several years of Big 5 tax expertise specializing in corporate compliance and real estate & investment partnerships as well as a long family history of small business ownership.  Since coming aboard, Loren has been involved in every aspect of our firm.  On January 5, 2004, the reigns were passed from Don to Loren and our new company was founded, L.R. Bult & Associates, Ltd.  Although our name and leadership has changed, our friendly service and quality work hasn't.

Our Team:

Loren R. Bult, CPA: Loren has over 12 years of experience includeing several years of "Big 5" tax expertise specializing in corporate compliance and real estate partnerships.  In addition, Loren currently serves as the Treasurer for the Calumet City Chamber of Commerce, is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and served in office as an elected Trustee for the Village of Thornton .

Gloria J. Schmittel: Gloria has 25 years of tax preparation experience. Her easy-going attitude and breadth of tax knowledge has been a valuable asset to us.

Edith Salazar-Yanez: Edith has returned to our company bringing her experience in payroll, sales tax, and book keeping with her.  She is an experienced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is fluent in spanish as well.

Rebecca L. Holdcraft: Becky is a seasoned Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  She has been with us, behind the scenes, for several years now and is taking larger a role as her experience grows.

Audrey Zadrozny: A.J. has been with us for the several years and ensures records are assembled accurately and timely.
